DESCRIPTION:with Ron Gordon for 6 weeks \nThursdays: Jan. 14\, 21\, 28\, Feb. 4\, 11\, 18\n7 – 8:15 pm\nThis 6 week class will help the beginning guitar player get to the next step in strumming and bass-pick right hand technique\, and introduce the first stages of finger picking. We’ll learn about leading and alternating basses\,and how to apply this in using both a flat pick and a thumb pick. As we proceed through the common keys/chord shapes\, we’ll sing some great songs along the way. Knowledge of the basic chords “down the neck” and a decent wi-fi connection will be needed (for using Skype).
