DESCRIPTION:Harp Workshop & Concert \nat the Calvary United Methodist Church in Latham\nIn partnership with The Northeastern Mountain Chapter \nof the American Harp Society \nA Celtic harp player of international renown\, William Jackson has been a moving force and a major influence\, not only on the popularization of the Celtic harp\, but on Scottish traditional music. A founding member of the group Ossian (1976-1989)\, he has also had a distinguished solo career as a performer and a composer. We are fortunate to offer an opportunity to learn from and enjoy the artistry of William Jackson as he presents a workshop followed by a concert in Latham. \nSchedule: \n\n2:00–3:30 pm—Workshop: “Accompanying Other Instruments”\n4:30 pm—Concert\n\nJoin us!
