Stuart Fuchs
Stu Fuchs has been called a “six string shaman” and lives to spreads joy and depth with every note. Stu is an internationally touring guitarist, ukulele stunt man and an award winning teaching artist. His former gypsy jazz quartet “Babik” (Bah-beek) played their progressive take on the music Django Reinhardt at festivals & clubs across the USA, on NPR and with Symphony Orchestras. Stu focuses on the nylon string styles of Classical & Brazilian guitar and had performed meditation music in concert halls around the world with renowned new age singer songwriter Snatam Kaur.

Strum into Spring: Acoustic Guitar Workshop
with Molly Mason, Stu Fuchs, Phil Drum, and Ron Gordon
This event provides great learning and listening opportunities for guitarists on every level. You’ll have a chance to learn from, and interact with true experts of the acoustic guitar. There will be six workshops where new perspectives, sounds and techniques will be taught.
There will also be an open mic, a potluck dinner, and evening concerts.
This event kicks off with a Stu Fuchs concert Friday evening at 7:30.

Anne Hills
As a singer, actress, writer, and musician, Anne Hills has continuously built a reputation of merit. She is best known for her solo or collaborative singing and interpretive gifts, while her commitment to social justice and to children keeps her busy with benefit concerts and community-service projects. Whether she is singing her own song, the words of 6-year-old Opal Whiteley, or those of the Hoosier poet James Whitcomb Riley, accompanied with her guitar, her banjo, or simply a Tibetan bell, she puts her whole heart and soul into the moment.

Claudia Schmidt performs mostly original songs, exploring folk, blues, and jazz idioms featuring her acclaimed 12-string guitar and mountain dulcimer playing.
